When those who know what’s what get together to dine,

We want three things: Kabobs, and music and wine.

Sheherzade

Sheherzade reflects Persian food as is usually eaten in the bazaars (Dizi) or cooked out in nature on an open air grill (kabob), during the long days of summer, in the shade on the side of a mountain, by the riverside or in the baghs (gardens). The name is a tribute to the central figure of the legendary stories of 1001 Nights, Sheherzade, quintessential storyteller and herione.
