Traditional Iranian eateries are known by names such as sofreh khaneh or qahva khaneh. They are often bejewelled by things Persian such as handmade textiles, tablecloths, lush rugs, minakari (copper enamel work), lanterns, paintings depicting Iranian legends and heroes from ages long gone, and above all, turquoise and blue tiles of Persian poetry and calligraphy. Iranian cuisine, with its varied flavours imparts the diverse landscape of the Iranian plateau and its culture. Many unique ingredients and cooking techniques still remain unknown on the global menu.
Each of our restaurants represents a thread of the fine tapestry of Persian cuisine.
